HI, could someone tell me if using the Sigma EX 300-800mm f/5.6 DG HSM APO lens, the auto focus will work with a Canon EF 1.4 x 111 Extender? My camera is a Canon EOS 5D M2. I'd much appreciate the info.

I can not tell that, what I can tell you is that Sigma extenders 1.4x and 2x work on all my L lens that will work with an extender. So maybe it will work in reverse. I know that is not much help to your question but I was bored and needed a subject to respond to  Auto focus is if'y on a lens that is not f.28 or little larger

No, not without overriding.
Any lens with a smaller than f/5.6 will not allow AF to work reliably with the 1.4 extender. The Canon 1.4 extender adds a full f-stop to the lens.

I've heard that this lens (Sigma EX 300-800mm f/5.6 DG HSM) will autofocus reliably on some Nikons using a 1.4 extender, but I cannot verify that.
