Thank you for posting. The Hale telescope for many years was the largest optical telescope in the world.
Any other images of it you'd like to post would certainly be interesting as well.

Having this title adds impact IMO because I think of those bright lights as stars and the sun and the excitement of viewing through that telescope! But yes, a semi-abstract even without knowledge of the subject, and a fascinating composition!
