Smudgey Loc: Ohio, Calif, Now Arizona

If you ever go to downtown Rapid City SD, be sure to take a walk down Art Alley. I am not usually into Graffiti, but this was interesting. Apparently the city and local merchants let the artists loose to do what ever they wanted in this alley, which is now known as Art Alley.

It's not just anyone can go and paint anytime. You have to have a permit issued thru the city to paint, but as I understand the permit is either free or very cheap. It's just so they can control the amount of painting on the building. It changes constantly and fun to see again and again.
