Florida is a great place for lots of great photos. When you decide to purchase a camera try KEH for used equipment, or B&H Photo and Adorama for refurbished equipment. Refurbished is like new equipment at a reduced price, great deal. I shoot with Nikon, so I would recommend a Nikon d7200 as a nice starter camera in DX format or a Nikon D750 for full frame. I am not sure what is comparable in Canon equipment and I believe the only difference between the two brands is personal preference. Enjoy.
