Just getting ready to go into Meijer's to pick up last-minute BBQ supplies when this system showed up. I took my time inside snd most of it had gone by before we checked out. Made me a bit nervous because of the Saturday night tornados north of here. I guess some trees did get blown over this time, though.

Yeah, I think Michigan is right in Tornado Alley. I would be nervous too. Tornadoes were pretty common for us in South Carolina. I can remember when I was a teacher moving all our students into the halls and having them squat next to the walls during a warning. Fortunately nothing happened.

Trees were downed with this one but no tornado, which are relatively uncommon here. High winds and local flooding are more common
