A couple from a recent wedding

He is a Troy Aikman/Dallas Cowboys fan. Such a fan that the date was 8-18-18 after Aikman's number. She approached me asking if I could shoot this "set up" for her after the outdoor formals. Sure I can, it's your day. Imagine my surprise when I'm shooting detail shots and see the groom's cake :)

I could envision a cute page in the album with these 2 together.
I enjoy fun shots, but still prefer the elegant and poignant photos that show the true and deep love. Maybe I'm just used to the style of my own wedding photos, and the fact that my kids, and now my grandkids still love getting them out and looking through them.
When asked, I also will put in the fun photos, but as Ed says, I try my best to keep it elegant, unless the couple specifically wants to have goofy photos to show their goofy nature.
