Cruising in the Western Caribbean

It has been over 20 years since I had the opportunity to take a cruise - on the Carnival Fantasy in 1993. Flash forward in August of 2018, and I found myself on a cruise to Cozumel, Mexico on - the Carnival Fantasy!! Anyhow, took a few pictures, and most like the sunrise pics I got one morning. BTW, getting up at 5 AM is not that easy to do on a cruise!!

Is that a star or the moon almost exactly above the center of the stern port. How did you manage that bit of expertise.

Looks like possibly a shipboard light to me.

Yep - is a light on top of the fantail. You can see it on the 2nd pic!

Great shots. While in the navy I could never get over how blue the water was in the Caribbean was.

My only cruise was on a troop ship. I took a bunch of slides, mostly of other GIs and a couple of the empty horizon. Wonder where they all went?
