Hi All
Does anyone know when the next version of PSE will be released? I was thinking of upgrading to PSE 18, but if 19 is on the horizon I might wait.

Often the upgrades aren't significant and once released, you can find the previous version at an excellent price. So compare before you buy if $$ is of interest

The rumor is there will be no 19. Adobe wants us all on a monthly payment as do most other programs currently out there. The anti-virus gurus, I think, started it all with their monthly updates and yearly sign ups.

The other question is if there is an update/upgrade, will it have anything you will be using? The 30day trial has saved me a lot of $ on more than just PSE. Also consider Elements Plus which open hidden doors in PSE $12

There is a Yahoo Group email listserv that may have some info or you can ask if you join it. I have asked to join so can't say you'd hit oay dirt.
