Thanks, Pete. The tractors were so cool. I went down the whole row looking at them. There was a bunch! I was there for several days and it rained a lot. However both the corn and beans were starting to turn when I left. And the next day temps went back up, so things will dry out quickly now.

Wonderful "heartland" images. I grew up on a Wisconsin farm. You can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy. I am very fortunate to have several Farm contracts. I'm on a farm several times a week if I want. And get to take pictures. Doesn't get any better.

Spent a few days back home. These scenes are so dear to me - and likely so strange to some. Enjoy! Comments and critiques always welcome.

I enjoyed your touch of Americana set very much, Kathy. the boys toys are really neat, and I just love the little cloud shot!

Thanks, Marijean. The tractors are so cool. And this was just a small, local pull. I can't imagine what they'd be like at one of the major pulls. The cloud was serendipitous. I was inspecting my corn on a rare, clear day. I turned around to look across the road and there it was. HAD to take its picture.
