Not as likely, because the larger sensor in APS-C vs micro 4/3rds does have advantages with noise and low light performance. Size does matter here. Cheers
Of course the larger the better but being large has its own disadvantages. So we need small sensors and large sensors but the APS-C is a size I don't need.

That is your choice and perfectly ok.
Personally I have the APS-C Sony A6500 and the Fullframe A7RIII and A7III and love both those size sensors and being able to share E-mount lenses on both . Cheers
If the rumors are true, it’s going to be great. Leica and Panasonic are great partners.
I agree it should be a great release. I think Sony will get more REAL competition in fullframe mirrorless from Panasonic, than from either Nikon or Canon. Cheers

It’s good for everyone. Sony and Panasonic-Leica might just drag Canikon kicking and screaming to the pro end of the market.
Folks check out the video from Photokina in this link with a Sony/Europe product manager. Good talking points and demo of Animal EYE-AF. Evidently Animal EYE-AF was requested by Sony Wildlife Pro shooters. But the rest of us will also love it for our pets. Cheers
Reviewer Kinotika was just at Photokina and in new video along with Jason Vong and That1cameraguy discusses the good and the bad. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4ipxrOCgwA
Kinotika reports that the Nikon Z cameras have two real problems, lots of rolling shutter in 4k video; and a real latency issue with the EVF which can not keep up in video shooting, so you cant really follow your subject.
Wow. Sports/wildlife focusing issues. Banding issues in skies. Rolling Shutter in 4K. EVF latency. One card slot. Really? C’mon, Nikon, we expected so much more from you!
