The first two shots were taken in downtown Sedona. The first is self explanatory. The gentleman in the second shot was, I believe, a street person. What he is carrying is some kind of drum he made.
The third shot is of my wife greeting the morning sun on our last day in Sedona.

Okay. Nice pictures.
In what way are any of them Street Photography?

The first two are in downtown Sedona. On the street. Are you bored this morning or something?

That does NOT make them Street Photography. But thank you for posting them for discussion
Check wikipedia for a pretty fair definition of Street Photography. After that we can have a detailed discussion of what it is, and how that is applied in this particular section here on UHH.
Note that posting non-Street images to discuss exactly why they don't meet the criteria is perfectly acceptable here. The idea is to learn more about Street!

Sounds like maybe we need a "Semantics" section.....
Here we go again. Having been to Sedona a number of times, they look like street to me.

How does your having been in Sedona make them Street Photography?
Street Photography has nothing to do with roads. Street Photography can be done inside a building where no street can be seen. It can be in a remote rural place far from a street!
The "street" in Street Photography refers to a community where the photographer is a flaneur, a strolling visitor.
The "subject" of a Street shot is the
intangible relationships between humanity and its surroundings which are tangible objects. That may well happen to exist on a street corner in Sedona, but not every picture in Sedona, even of streets, will show that.

Just when I think I have the definition of street down ... I find out I don't. I would and have just posted questionable pics in people section ... if they were mine I would have posted #1&3 in another section ... but would think #2 is qualified to post here ...

Okay... but this section is
about Street Photography and not just to display Street Photography! That means images such as these provide a very good topic of discussion about Street that allows people to understand the definition. In particilar to understanding that it is a term of art, and does not relate to a dictionary definition of the two words.
