This is what the sensor looks like right out of the camera a f11, f14, and f16. One small dust spot that I can see and a bird on the power line. Just posting 1 of the 3 because they all look the same. I'm satisfied that what I am seeing on the image in my original posting is something in the air. Thank you for all the replies giving ideas and thoughts.

Those appear to be small insects flying above the pond. They move about quickly so the shutter speed made them "stretched". The other picture was not taken over the water where these critters like to be. I have had things show up in my shots after I had taken them but didn't see them at the time as I was focusing on the framing and composition.

I see the same spot on both pics. The high right spot on the first shows on the second. the lower spot on the 1st is probably lost in the mountain. Dust your lens. Take a long exposure on a piece of white paper and move the camera . Is there a spot on the pic? It should be just plain white if no dust.

There is a round dust spot slightly above and right of dead center. You might have to blow the image up to see it. It has been there for a while and will not blow off. I just haven't used a cleaning kit to get rid of it because it not posing a problem.
