Perfectly Clear used to be a plug in, but now it is also a stand-alone. I don't see it mentioned on UHH, so I'm wondering if any Hogs use it, and have opinions. Thanks!

My opinion, as a PC owner and but not a user in 4+ years, is that PC is just a fancy and more accurate version of "auto" for spicing up JPEGs. It runs fast and accurately enough, so you can move a step above SOOC but not get deeply into post processing.

Thanks! I was considering it for portraits and landscapes. Currently using LR. Anyone using the stand-alone version?

I have it and really like it. It's another tool I use to get the level of detail I want in my post processing process in a short time. Yes you can do the same in lightroom or photoshop but I don't like to spend a lot of time in PP when fixing or enhancing things. I'd rather be shooting. I spend a lot of time on the computer in my job so this product shortens the time I spend with PP.

I have PC and use it as a stand-alone. It is one of several software processing programs I use. For JPEGS, it is my "go-to!" It is nowhere near as powerful as some other programs, however, it is simple and fast and it is completely manageable as to the amount of input style chosen. Unlike some others, I do not derive significant pleasure from spending a lot of time on processing. For me, it reduces post times so significantly it is hard to ignore. At its price-point is hard to beat...
