Any comments on NPhoto. It popped up on my computer last month and I was wondering if it was worth the cost.
Thanks

It seems that Nphoto is based in Poland. Maybe follow up might be troublesome. Never heard of them.

I've been reading their companion magazine PhotoPlus for years. PhotoPlus is a dedicated high quality British Canon only magazine full of content and images with very few adds. NPhoto is the Nikon only version and is very similar.

Found it on Amazon and may subscribe. I was hoping a Nikon user might offer feedback. Thanks to Canon user’s feedback.

I read them at the bookstore. I guess they started out about a few years back. They are OK I guess but I don't really like them. The articles seem always involved a pro and an amateur doing a shoot together and the pro would show the amateur how to. They would prints the best shots from the amateur.

I subscribed to NPhoto for a while. It is a good Nikon focused mag with a lot of info, but it is (or at least was) very expensive.

That's the apprentice article at the beginning of each issue for around 10 pages. The rest of the magazine has a large variety of photography topics as well as various post processing projects. The magazine has 130 pages with only 30 pages of ads, far fewer pages of ads then most similar sized photo magazines.

I purchase NPhoto every month at Barnes and Noble. Have been for a few years now. Its a very well done publication. I am a nikon user and have been for many years. Well worth the price.

I’ve been reading it for years. Very good information. Well done. Only recently stopped for no other reason than I’m reading other material now.

NPhoto is a UK based Nikon dedicated publication. I read it for a while at the magazine rack of a local store and bought it occasionally when travelling. The information is generally good but after a while I found it less and less valuable. If you are improving your imaging skills on a regular basis and not in the market to keep buying new gear, I really can’t see the value in subscribing to a very expensive publication.

I subscribed to nPhoto for 5 years which is a monthly magazine, however after my subscription is through (in two months) I will not renew my subscription, I will buy it from Barns & Nobel. The problem I have had with the subscription is that for the month the magazine will appear in the store the first week of the month, but I will receive the magazine in the mail towards the end of the month or at times a month and a half later. It is a great magazine for Nikon camera owners and I like it just bad shipment practices.
