Alaskan winter Train ride. Fairbanks to Anchorage, 7th in the series

We had beautiful weather for the ride. You Board in the dark, and arrive at Anchorage in the dark, but in between...
There was the engine (two), a dinning car, two coaches, and the last car for supplies, hitchhikers, and whatever. Between each of the coache is about a 6 ft. long area, with a window that can be opened to the great outdoors, and the cold. That area is much better suited for photography, as no window glare. At scenic stops (there were several), most everyone would go to that area to get a better photo.
I spent the majority of the ride in the area between the cars, and yes I shared the space. Must be something wrong with me...

Glad you are enjoying them. It was probably the 'trip of a lifetime', although I would love to do it again. Just too many on the bucket list yet to explore.
