I had to try this while in North Africa. I think I'll stick to horses they are much closer to the ground when you fall off!

Seems like they would make better time if they stood up. Except for the dust storms, the heat, and the spitiing {is that camels or did I just mix up my pack animals?} - how did everything else go once you got them in gear?
