Retired and living in Marshall County, KY. I have been into Photography most of my life. I did take about 15 years off about 20 years back as I got burned out. I was doing the darkroom stuff and it became very addictive so I backed away.
I started about 2 years ago a Photo Club here in Marshall County called The Marshall County Photography Club. At the present time I am the President and our club is growing all the time. We do not have a lot of restriction and our membership is free. If you live near here check us out on the 3rd Monday at 6:00pm. We meet in the Benton Library. Also check us out on our Facebook page but the same name. Like it and join in.
I shoot Nikon and presently have a D90. My lenses are a 30mm Sigma 1.4, 10-20 Sigma, 50 Nikon, 24-70 Sigma 2.8, 100 Tokina Macro and 70-200 Sigma 2.8 w/2 x convertor. As one can tell I mostly shoot with Sigma lenses. I like them and they give me the quality I like without the higher cost of shooting Nikon.
I love post processing with PS CS6 and use it often. I actually like this better than so called straight photos. It keeps me in a learning mode and I especially like the challenge to learn such a diverse product.
So "Hello" again to all and I hope that I can add something to this forum from time to time.
One things I will avoid is any of the political talk as I really would rather stay with photo stuff and leave it at that.
