I'm not sure that you understand the consequences of this information that has been exposed, Solomon has actual copies of Ohr's notes and has collaboration of Ohr's serving as a conduit between Steele, Fusion GPS, and the FBI after Steele was fired. This information establishes the fact that both Ohr, who had no connection to intelligence for the DOJ, his wife who worked with Steele, and the FBI, broke rules to continue to work with Steele after his being fired. They also used this information to get the FISA warrants, Steele himself termed his leaking to the press prior to the e******n as his "Hail Mary Pass". This information is not propaganda as you term it, it is a ground shaking revelation that will only serve to damage the FBI and DOJ and call into question the entire Mueller investigation.

When I see headlines with "might" as the operative word, I instinctively add "or might not". That also works with "could", "will", "should" and other similar weasel words.
