Sure he has, but he should have wiped his chin a little better before he came out of the room in Helsinki. How do you explain congress having to force him to put sanctions on, and then he still hasn't applied all of them. How do you explain congress having to force him to not let KGB (I know, old name) in on the investigation of their attack on the US, and not to turn Americans over to them. American intelligence says there are missiles, but some of them are left over from Eisenhower and might be Republicans. I remember when Kennedy said it was both sides fault that there were missiles in Cuba. The American people forced Russia to do it by running bad stories about Russia.
