Madame P was hard at work on a spell last week when GoGo van Gogh-Gogh, the Ministry of Mayhem's drunken Artist-in-Residence, happened along. He watched in fascination as she wove her magic down in the Ministry's dungeon, and he felt compelled to immortalize her work in yet another painting.
Upon viewing the work, I noted the spell she was working on was the one she generally used to turn me into a frog. But for once, it must have been meant for someone else, as I haven't had bugs for lunch in almost a month.

Thanks, Angler. She is definitely a creature of great magic, as I find myself spellbound by the lady. At least I haven't spent any green time lately, lol! ; )
Thanks for the kind comments and visit, always much appreciated!

Highly engaging, Randy!
Thanks, Linda. I liked the 'painted' version of the shot better than the original, which is actually nice and sharp. The softening effect of the 'paint' made the image a bit more 'magical,' or so I thought. Glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks for the positive comment and your visit, I'm always most grateful!

Thanks, MT. Wouldn't surprise me to find GoGo was the target of her spell. He's the only one around here who's had more bugs for lunch than I have (he says rude things and trifles with all the Dark Ladies when he has a little of Martian's Plutonium Joy Juice under his belt. This is NOT without consequences, as they all have a low tolerance for trifling. But he doesn't learn...).
Thanks for the positive comments and your visit, I always appreciate it!

Thanks, Greg. Why settle for shooting mere reality when you can make it up as you go? LOL
Thanks for the very kind comments and your visit, I'm always grateful!

Thanks, Johnny. Glad you enjoyed this one. It hasn't occurred to Madame P to hit me with that particular whammy yet, so pleeeease don't give her any ideas, lol!
Thanks for the very kind words and visit, always appreciate them!
Gogo did a magnificent job on this work of art. He captured the magic! Good to know you don’t appear to be the spellee (I think I made up that word). Bugs are plentiful this time of year but.......
Fascinating and Historical. Not too many people get to see, let alone remember, a spell in the works. Another spellbinding piece of work.
