Next time also take the nearby dirt road up to the tunnel. Lots of photo ops.

Excellent--nice work on this, James.
Is that exit sign a subtle message?

Hi again everyone. Sometimes I run across abandoned building and places. Most people pass them by, but not me. I find them interesting so when I encounter one, I usually take a picture. This one I found in Rawlins Wyoming during a trip out West. We fueled up right next door, so when I finished with that, grabbed the camera and took this shot. The clouds were fabulous. It also looks like it was a Pizza Hut at one time.

Nice composition. Nice picture. But it seems considerable pp work was done to bring out the clouds.

Great image, my vote goes to the b&w, it enhances the scenery

Actually, I prefer the color picture.
In the B&W shot, you can't see how the paint has faded.
Or how dark the clouds are against the blue sky.
I went through a "artsy" black and white phase.
Dude, Check the contrast's, it set's the tone, it's moody. Its bullshit.
We see in color.
If Ansel Adams had the gear we have today, I would bet American money his shots would be in color.
By the way cool shot
