I have a canon will not focus in Auto or manual. I have tried a couple different lenses and none of them work. Any suggestions.

Very well could be the lens contacts on either lens or body... Or both... take a Q tip and dip it in alcohol and clean them....

Are you looking through the viewfinder? If so, does it have a diopter adjustment? Maybe it got moved while cleaning your camera or something.

Did you accidentally switch off the auto focus. My camera has Continuous, Single, and Manual settings for auto focus lenses. I managed to switch that to manual once and, obviously, lost autofocus.

is the problem that the images you see are not in focus? If so it's the diopter adjustment.
If it's a mechanical issue - try reseting your camera back to factory spec. A custom function may be causing the problem.
