For what it's worth, here's a pano of the Aztec Room of the Arizona Biltmore, shot in three rows, a total of 33 photos, hand-held in less than ideal light - just to see if it would work. Combined in Lightroom Classic CC.

It kinda, sorta almost worked.
It is cool but I wonder how something like a 50mm would have worked out. Besides more images and tireder arms

Given what you did, how you did it and what you used you did a reasonably good job overall. With only a cursory look I saw no stitching errors from parallax - 3 rows, hand held - to me that part is damn good!

The result is impressive. Well done. Also, a good example of how good the stitching function of LR, and by extension PS, is. Do you really need another program for that.

That is impressive work! I would love to see what you could do with a tripod and better lighting. (hint - hint)
