Cambridge in Colour

You're probably familiar with the site "Cambridge in Colour." When I first saw the title, I thought it was a site of photos from Cambridge, England. Then I found that it was an instructional site. I recently learned that this "colour" site is located in sunny California. "What a difference a u makes." :D

you are kidding. I thought it was an english site because of the u and because everyone was so polite on the site. I never knew.

They have some very helpful information on their site. Much help in learning things and their explanations are clear.

Check out their Photography Tools - they are neat, especially the sunrise and sunset calculators

There's a free program called Photographer's Ephemeris that gives you all sorts of sun and moon times. They also have an app that costs about $2.00.

I know, but TPE is a program you run independently from your computer. Below is a screen shot for Sun times.

Be sure to watch the video tutorials at the TPE site. They're veery useful in understanding just how to get the most out of it.

I have been looking at this site for a while now, its brilliant. As a brit i to thought it was based here in the UK. Until I looked closer, but even the U being in the correct place and the site being in sunny california I was not put off. I still don't hold it against you guys having a site as good as this one on your soil........:))
