Here is why. Nashville is a party town. I had not been downtown at night for several years (speaks to my age) and last night I wanted to try my new a7III with a aps-c 24mm 1.8 lens. Here is the results. Set on auto. Just street shots.

This was a Saturday night, summertime with low humidity and heat, and probably a bigger crowd than normal, but other than that it goes on all the time. We sat at the bar to eat and had various people sit next to us. We were the only ones that lived here. It is a destination for many kinds of parties, bachelorette, wedding, etc. The last I heard there are 2 million plus tourists a year. The only place where every bar has free live music, low crime on the streets, low pan-handlers, good police presence. Of course it helps if you like country music. Which is really contemporary music today, not like the country of 1950.

Wow! That is a great set. I love Nashville, Broadway although I've only been there a few times. I'm so glad to see things are normal there. I've not seen it or pictures of it since it flooded in 2010.
