The water was so blue it looked phony. Taken with a Lumix G85 auto settings.
Nice capture. And you're right: the water is richly blue!
What a beautiful, surrreal scene! Thank you for sharing!

Nice shot, we were there a couple weeks ago and yes the water is so blue it doesn't need any PP to make it stand out more. We are planning on going back. Hope you also had a chance to go hiking around some of river trails, easy trails and beautiful rivers. Here are a few from the Rogue River.
We didn't do any hiking, but, like you, we thought the river valleys on the way to the park were spectacular. We approached from the North and noticed we had the sensation of driving downhill when we were actually going uphill by several thousand feet. It was really odd. Here are a couple of shots of the North Umpqua River. Again, Lumix G85 auto settings.
It is a little smoky there now with the forest fires. My Daughter visited us from Texas and was amazed when we took here there that you don't have to alter your photos to get the blue of Crater Lake. Glad you visited our State.

Funny, we thought the same thing, wondering if were we going down hill or up hill. Beautiful place all around the lake 👍
A really nice photo. I was there last September and remember how blue the water was.
Here is a late September shot when our daughter was visiting.
Glad that you enjoyed our state. Nice photo.
