A moth and a cardinal

The moth was found by my neighbor. I've been told it's a Prometheus moth. Unfortunately, by the time I took the picture he was already dead. The cardinal visited my feeder Saturday night. He hung around for less than a minute. I shot the picture through my glass slider.
Both pictures were taken with my nikon p900.

Did you photoshop after taking the picture? I would like to see 'sooc' pictures from this model. I do not care for post processing, but I am intrersetd in what this newbie will do. Thanks.

No post processing with photoshop or any other program. Everything as is straight out of the camera. I did slightly adjust the wing of the moth before taking the picture.
Thanks for looking.

First photon not bad and the second one has a heavy haze, looks as if you took it straight through a screen. Last comment, I don't get what people have against post processing. The second photo could be so much better with some PP. All i can say is this about PP, to each his own, if you are happy with a lump of coal instead of a diamond....more power to ya.

At least with enough coal you could heat you house. As I said, I didn't have much time to snap the the cardinal. I took the picture through the glass slider I don't remember if the screen part was pushed back in front of it. When I get a chance I'll open it up in photoshop and see if I can sharpen it up. Thanks for your advice.
