This World War II vintage plane crashed upon take off at Burnet Municipal Airport in Texas on Saturday at 0900 hrs. It was going to Wisconsin for an air show. All 13 onboard survived though some were badly burned.
I photographed the Bluebonnet Belle in October, 2017 at the New Orleans Lakefront Airport. She was part of the WWII Museum Air Expo.
