Growing in with a rubber tree plant. My wife thinks I should remove them but they look cool to me.

Interesting shots. I get these in a couple of my big pots. I don’t think they hurt anything but I remove them when they get ugly.
Looking at them now,they don't look ugly.
They look pretty neat to me, too.
Around pets or small children I would be more concerned if they were poisonous.

Neat! And how unusual! I've never seen any like that, but I do have so shots of some weird ones, too.
These are called Shaggy Maines. They are edible and I have found recipes online on how to cook them. They used to grow in our yard many years ago but now they do not. When they get old, they turn into an inky black mass. They look really good. If you look at the bottom, they are starting to become inky.
