HDR Photography -- Before and After

This is a boat owned by the Lake George Steamboat Company in Lake George, NY. This was taken about 3PM in harsh sun. I took it in RAW and ran the single RAW image through tone mapping in Photomatix.

The original was taken with a Nikon 70-200 2.8 lens @120mm, 1/500. f 10, iso 200

The results to me are Great. Brought out the colors and depth.

Thanks. I think it's OK, but I'm still experimenting with HDR.
