A couple more Hummingbirds. I'm still practicing. Might as well, they'll be going south before you know it!

No Jen...that is an adult male. (Ruby Throated Hummingbird.)
He won't let the female anywhere near the feeder.

Glad you like and thanks for commenting.

I have a few other threads of him that I posted this past week.

I have a male and 2 females, yours looked smaller for some reason... I have a post with him somewhere too. Jen

Does your male let the females come into the feeder?

I went to all your post and yours are as good as I've seen in any publication and that is what I look at a lot of birds and wildlife.

Thanks again Annie...I too love wildlife. In fact, sometimes I think I'm obsessed! Our Fall season is coming soon and I will be in the woods a lot. I am lucky to have moose around our place (woods). Did you see any of my moose pics?

No. I've been blessed to have traveled all 50 states and have observed them in the wild. If you ever get a chance go to Alaska if you haven't been. Wonderful. I wish I had my digital years ago. I am scanning in my photos now. Thousands to choose from.

My hummingbird hook that helps keep ants away can be seen under my thread. Have the Hummingbirds arrived on page 4. I don't know why it works but 95% of the time it does.

I have designed a hummingbird fountion that circulates the food through the top and over the edge.

I also did a copyright on "How To Create A Butterfly Without Using a Knife. Now they call me the scissor carver since that it how they are cut out.

Maybe I'll be rich and famous which I know you will be. Please don't look at my pictures because I will be so embarrased. You have a God given talent and I'm glad you are using it.

Good luck to you Annie in all your endeavors! You are the one with the talent. Not many people can carve wood like that!
