I hate being an SOB, but I’m going to be. These are not nice shots. The first shot the bird’s head is cut off and the photo is out of focus. The second photo is also out of focus and the bird’s feet are amputated. If one cannot be honest in judging a photo, then the photographer will never learn. God knows that I have taken thousands and thousands of bad photos and I have (hopefully) improved by the honest judgment of others.

Just a suggestion, neither of the pictures is straight and the first one shows a bird with the head cut off. Try a fill flash so that we can see their eyes.

Too bad the bird's head is cut off in the first shot and the tail is cut off in the second.
