Shutterfly, not only store pictures but can easily create one or more photo websites with their templetes.

1) Do their websites allow you to charge for downloads and use?

2) Is it without a fee?

3) Shutterfly does not consistently produce professional quality prints. Do you want a site that may not do your work Justus for customers?

If you have Adobe Creative Cloud, you also have access to Adobe Portfolio, which is relatively easy to use. Or, you could go big and create a Squarespace or Wix web site with your own.

Don't use Adobe Stock to sell you prints. They pay you a very low percentage of the price they charge.

I am getting to the point where I'd like to keep all my very best photos in a separate place. Of course, they're in LR and rated, etc. But I'd like to be able to direct people to a place where they see my best -- categorized and organized, and simple enough for anyone to search through. Maybe even a site where they can purchase prints. I don't want to pay a monthly fee if that's possible! Suggestions? Thanks!

If you want to sell your photos, set up your own website. The online websites pay you a very small percentage of what they charge for your pictures. Although there is an up front cost and monthly or annual fee for the website hosting and URL renewal. The cost is worth it when you consider that 100% of the income will be yours.

I have a website that is not devoted to photography and that I have had hosted by GoDaddy.com for fifteen years. I just renewed my hosting, URL and analyticals (how may people go to my site, how many return, how many from each city and country, etc.). It cost less then $125 for the year. Go Daddy provides technical support that has been outstanding over the years.

You have good recommendations to try Flickr and Shutterfly. There is also Google Photos, SmugMug, Zenfolio, 500px and more.

Adobe gives you a choice too. Along with your Lightroom subscription comes Portfolio at no extra charge. It took about a day for me to figure it out. Now I can manage what is in it from within Lightroom Classic. You can see what mine looks like here: https://billsprague.myportfolio.com/

I have begun the process of setting up a portfolio, but am still working on it. Had a few problems "figuring it out", but think I have a handle on it now...

Yours looks great - very uncluttered and clearly marked "galleries" . Not sure mine is going to look so good, but hopefully it will! I was wondering if you can put text on the individual pictures in a gallery?
