What program are you using to display that EXIF data? Does not look anything like Photoshop / Adobe Camera Raw EXIF data! No idea about the "B". To me in photography a "B" means the Bulb setting for a Flash or Shutter, i.e., you open the shutter and it stays open until you shut it by releasing the shutter button. It is a carry over term from the really old days of flash bulbs.
Its definitely not bulb. I'm displaying it in MS Photos. Easier and overall more useful than the EXIF data, although its limited in what is displayed.
