Treepusher, I agree with you. Rainbows just really never look good in black and white. I've done sunrises and sunsets in black and white and those have worked, but rainbows just don't make it in monochrome. Thanks for looking,

Thanks, Earnest. That rainbow appeared just as I was composing the photograph. Immediately, my mind switched from black and white to color.
