This is a gem of a trail through one of my favorite canyons, though today I turned off into a side canyon to climb for views. Though the main creek is still not flowing, its pools are recharged thanks to the beginning of the monsoon, and water was percolating down the side canyon, transforming it into a modest oasis. The trail I took is very sketchy but Ted, who hasn't been on it in years, knew exactly where to go even though it isn't maintained except by other hikers. There were no flowers to speak of so I concentrated on cactus and agave. And there is always a reason to take shots of Ted!
Some great captures. Ted seems to be a great hiking companion
Thank you. Ted is a great companion although he's getting up there in years--unlike me--and since he's always watching me, he's a good model.
Very good series, including Ted.
Very nice work and my crew (see the avatar) sends four paws up for the last 3 shots!

Your crew would run circles around Ted! But it might give him something to worry about besides thunder.
