Silverton, Colorado-Durango & Silverton RR

Was in Silverton today for lunch. Was looking around the depot and found two steamed up locomotives. Also, there several passenger cars parked in the wye. The guys attending the locomotives looked busy. I didn't bother them.
I asked around and found out they are supposed to return the whole train back to Durango, tomorrow.
They are planning to run the steam trains on Thursday, 12th.
Unless the fire threat increases.

The restaurants close to where the steam trains stop in Silverton have been hurt (business wise) by the trains not running.
We drove by there at lunch time and those businesses look like a ghost town.......
I hope they survive.
