First test results from my Nikon FE2.
I'm not sure which lens was used in these shots but here are a couple of the first tests. I wanted to make sure it was functioning properly and that the focus wasn't wonky so I just shot stuff around my home so I could develop and know quickly. This isn't art. :)
The good news is that it's fine. I checked it with the SB16 and it seems to be fine for flash also though I haven't finished that roll yet.
I shot Eastman Double X at 400 and developed in D96 for time + 20% which was a mistake because the conditions were very sunny and contrasty. I should have just dev'd for the specified time. These were printed on a grade 2 filter and were still a bit too contrasty overall.
As you can see on the contact sheet many were overexposed because I was shooting wide open to make the focusing conditions as difficult as possible.

Nice. The FE2 is an excellent camera. I’m curious how you like D96? Never used it and wondering how it compares to D76 in terms of results.

Thanks!
As for D96, I think it's really close to D76. If I was out of it I'd not hesitate to use D76 in it's place.
