Purchase many used items from them, all positive sales.
I received an older 5D MKII at a great low sale price evaluated as excellent condition, but when CPS did a maintenance service on it, confirmed the main dial had an intermittent contact problem. KEH replaced it with another like condition body. That body came without a focusing screen??? but CPS maintenance service put a new one in as part of the service while KEH mailed me a replacement one, so now I have an extra just in case.
I am relating this story because with used equipment, you can have unforeseen problems the original owner is going to hide. But how KEH handles it is a testament to their business model. Although I am still a little perplexed how one can evaluate a camera and not notice there isn't a focusing screen in it...

I have only dealt with KEH one time but found their customer service to be outstanding on that occasion. Very responsive and quick action.

Bought from them. Everything was as advertised. Everything I have heard about them indicates they are a reputable company.

Very good, conservatively rate their items, generally come looking far better than expected.

They are reputable and fair. Also the condition claims are always understated. I have bought several items from them in the past, I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

I have bought lenses and a speedlite from them. Everything better than represented except for one L lens which I found had several little silver spots on the lens (and showed up as white on blue sky photos) that cleaning would not correct. I called them, they offered to disassemble, clean and return to me at no charge. It looked to me like the lens was scratched so I said no, I would simply return. No problem. I returned at their expense. I would and no doubt will definitely deal with them again.

They've been great to deal with. I purchased a replacement used Nikon D70s from them about 4 years ago (for the wife because she had 10 or 12 compact flash cards). I think it was about $70. I also purchased a Nikkor 80-400mm AF VR full frame telephoto lens from them at the same time that was in excellent condition no scratches has the Kirk tele stabilizer, all lens caps, case etc. for about $500. I also got my wife a Nikon D7000 in excellent shape with battery and all of the camera accessories.. charger etc that would have been in the box when purchased new. This was $175 or so. They are an excellent source of cameras, lenses etc. I have never sold to them but everything the sell seems to be great.
