Interesting! Allow me to post photos of "The Iron Lady." Date: End of August or early Sept 2015.

Photo # 1 - The Iron Lady at night. I believe at the same vantage point as yours. We were a bit early and missed the ray. I think the ray comes out @ 10:00 pm and runs for an hour. Not as sharp as yours. Yours is much better. Equipment - Panasonic Lumix ZS50 (Point&Shoot)
Handheld. Setting - Auto. A bit of Lr post processing on all.

Photo # 2 - The Iron Lady during the day. I think on the opposite side. Equipment - same. Handheld.

Photo # 3 - The Iron Lady's bottom, bull's eye (daytime). Equipment - same. Handheld.

Photo # 4 - Atop The Iron Lady overlooking Paris, The City of Lights, at night. River Seine also visible. Equipment - same. Handheld.

Beautiful! I was in Paris for 24 hours in 1965 and went to the top of the tower. I thought Paris the most beautiful city I had ever seen. Now my favorite city is Dresden.

I have several daytime shots from that exact spot, which can’t compare to yours. This is a great shot, beautifully processed! Will look great on the wall.
