Logitech Honored their Warranty

It took a month, but yesterday I received a new Logitech K800 keyboard under warranty. It's a shame that just one key (S) out of over 100 was not working, so the kbd was really unusable. They said it took so long because they had "heavier than expected" email traffic. Every heard that line before?

I called to cancel a credit card yesterday, and was on hold for fifteen minutes. I bet my wait would have been shorter if I had wanted to increase my credit limit.

So, with all the letters to choose from on your keyboard you are upset because one of them stopped working?
It's always good to hear of a company honoring their warranty when there are so many that don't.
Happy Fourth!

Logitech also honored a warranty replacement for my keyboard. Keys were sticking and the letter decals were coming off. It took about 3 weeks to get the replacement. But they did replace it.

I spent most of one day going through a dictionary, making a list of words that didn't have the letter S. I thought I might be able to communicate without that letter, but it's probably not worth the effort.

I found Logitech to be really responsive to my problem with one of their less expensive Mice. Sent a new one out within a week, and my old Mouse had been a few years old before it started to fail. I use a Mouse with my laptop as I've never really been able to master that finger-pad thingy.

With pre-emotive txt in many apple devices nowadays, an S short would be hardly noticed??

I can use a touch pad, just don't like it. It is too slow to move over the screen. A mouse takes just one second or less to move across the screen, a touch pad takes two or more movements to get it where I want it.
