Devils Tower is located in NE Wyoming. It is the first National Monument in the United States. Pictures from June 30 and July 3rd. Number 4 was taken around 4:30 am, with sunrise at 5:15.

Raised in this general area. After the movie was released, the tower experienced a significant increase in tourists. It has always been a great place to visit. Too bad it takes a movie to get the word out.

Nice ones--I dealt with rain and fog when I was there last fall. Those conditions give a very different look.

Very impressive resolution. I see that you used a D850. On a tripod?
I checked a couple of the images and the EXIF indicated 35mm and 50mm focal length. Where they prime lenses? Which ones?

I did use a tripod, the resolution of the larger sensor size is unforgiving. I mainly use the D850 for landscapes. The 35mm is Zeiss zf.2 f/2 and the 50mm is Nikon's f/1.8.
