I took a Sony A6500 with a Zeiss lens out for a test drive at the "pre" 4rth of July festivities in the Prescott Courthouse square. These are a couple closeups of street musicians.

After post process, to see if they'd meet criteria, I uploaded to Shutterstock for inclusion in my portfolio. This is the first time I've used anything other than Full-Frame equipment with "L" lenses. Shutterstock reviewers are brutal.
Wife and I were very surprised that they accepted the images. The Sony A6500 originals are crisp and very detailed after cleanup. Hard to see in the Shutterstock preview images but you get the idea.

My wife also "geared up" for the town fair with a Canon Full Frame and the wonderful 135mm "L" lens. Her images of the same subjects absolutely blew these out of the water. As expected. Of course. Difference in sensor size and glass.

Apologies for the Shutterstock watermarking. It was that or watermark the originals and post here. I don't know the forum protocols for copyrighted images. The originals are 18 MB so a bit large to upload unless resize.

Anyway. Enjoy these 2 test images with the Sony A6500. (still deciding whether to keep it)

Aloha

I own the A6000 Sony the quality is not as good as a FF camera but the images look really nice for a crop sensor camera. Also small in size and easy to pack compare to FF camera and lenses. The only issue I found on my camera is I took it to the mountains and a rain storm came through once it stopped I took the sony out to take some pictures and the EVF showed the aperture shutter and all but there was no image in the VF just black I brought it home and let it sit and works fine. The camera does not have the quality of other cameras that keep moisture out but this is to be expected for the price.
