Not quite. The world respected Obama and has nothing but loathing for the Orange Buffoon. The United States has lost its standing as a leader and a defender of democracy. The only one that may like him is Putin because he's doing Putin's business but even Putin doesn't respect him. He's merely a Putin puppet.

You don’t need to be a psychiatrist to understand that 8 years of the dictatorship of obama gave us Trump.
