Breakthrough Photography make great filters. Before you decide, read these two guides from their web site. Even if you don't buy Breakthrough, you will find a lot of good information. Folks here usually warn against variable ND's, but the one suggested by PixelStan77 above seems to have very good reviews.

Breakthrough Photography has the best screw on filters available, hands down. I only use their 105 mm rectangualr ND Grads, but if the quality on the screw on ND is identical to their CPL and UV, then they will be awesome

I have two Breakthrough ND screw in filters a 3 stop and a 6 stop. I also have a set of Lee ND 100 mm filters in solid and graduated. In side by side comparisons, the Breakthrough filters win. The image quality of both is about the same, but the Lee filters have a color cast that the Breakthrough does not.
