I live in a closed community of many individual lots. By the time we were
building our house, this one was always present whenever I drove down the
street to follow the progressing of ours.
Many were left behind by lack of resources for finishing theirs ...
This one have always frightened me.
This photo was taken with an Olympus D-545 ZOOM (lens 18.9 mm
1:2.8-4.9), 4 Mp, in color and converted to B&W by IrfanView.
When I look back and feel what we've been through (including one
year of pause during the construction), I can't restrain from shivering by
thinking how close we were to end up like those poor fellows that had their
dream unfulfilled.
A homage to those who couldn't get there.

Let’s pray we won’t see it again any time soon. Nice capture.
Excellent shot and narration! Your shot captures the emotion you wanted to convey.

Unfortunately it is still pretty common in my country.
Thank you for looking and for the pray.

Thank you. I took hundreds of pics with that camera, but this one really touch(es ?) me.
My son was 4 or 5 when we bought the lot. He's 16 now.
