l love that part of California. If you have Lightroom, the up to date Classic CC version, in the Develop panel, Basic, click the Auto (Tone) button. This will remove some of the atmospheric haze in both photos

I have only PS Elements. Does that have the haze removal? Guess I can check myself, huh?
