If you aren't using the software print plugin by Canon called Print Studio Pro, I'd suggest you get it. This makes printing and using ICC profiles sooooo much easier. Simply create a custom Paper Size. Here's a picture of it in use from Lightroom Classic CC

For the number of times I want to print an 11X14 I just us a 13X19 sheet of paper in my Pro 100 and then cut off the margins. You can adjust the image to one corner and then you will only have to trim two margins. I certainly would not want to carry a whole gamut of papers in 11X14 if I only use it occasionally.

Command + Shift + 3 on the Mac takes a screenshot and copies it to the clipboard...
