Making a trip to Devils Tower. Found this bird standing watch over a parking area. Guess making sure we were not going to stay overnight!!!! Maybe some of the birders know what kind it is.

It's an enforcer sparrow. They are notorious for perching on regulatory signs and enforcing the regulation.

Cute. I suspect it is his job to fly over illegally parked cars over night and poop on them.
