Well... Tried some in black and white to try to preserve detail... Settings on manual. Let me know what you guys think! : )

Did you try any shots same setup in color and then PP in B&W?

If you want to bring out detail in the red photos and you have Photoshop, try going to Image-Adjustment-Highlights and Shadows, then adjust Midtone Contrast. You can bring out shadow detail with the Shadows slider This may bring out more detail you are missing in the very red areas. You may need to also adjust the curve or levels to control the shadows. The BW shots look great!

Did a few in color originally, didn't like the look so I just shot the rest with the Monochrome setting on the camera... He-he. I was only there for a little while, so I didn't shoot many, but I figured I'd give it a try.
